The tariffs are calculated from the moment of arrival until 9 a.m. the following day, these include the use of the beach and of the pool, ect. V.a.t. 10% included.
Bookings for caravan pitches might be accepted and will always be allocated by the management. The management can change without notice the booked number of units and places. Visits are allowed only until 9 p.m.. Authorized visitors, have to leave an identification document at the direction and can stay in the campsite maximum 20 minutes. If they stay longer, they will be expected to pay the visitor’s daily tariff.

Arrival must take place after 5 p.m.. Who arrives before this fixed arrival time will not be allowed to enter in the campsite for whatever reason until the accommodation units are available. The time of departure is before 9 a.m.; in case of later departure a full day will be charged in addition.

On your arrival the Village Camping Joker will receive a deposit in the amount of Euro 100,00 (one hundred / 00) in cash. The deposit is payable when renting one of the following Maxicaravan: Magic, Magic Plus, Magic Top, Evolution, Dream Villa, Sunlight, Hotel Joker Residence, Villini ai Frassini, Appartamenti Vallenova. The aforementioned deposit will be reimbursed to the customer after a complete check of the accommodation and returned at the moment of departure. However, if damage to any kind of property of the leased housing unit is found, damage to furnishings, inventory, TV or air conditioning or else, lost objects as well as inadequate final cleaning of the housing unit or any negligence on the part of the customer, so Village Camping JOKER reserves the right to withhold part or all of the deposit. Loss of air conditioning chip € 100,00.

The accommodation must be left cleaned otherwise € 70,00 will be charged for the final cleaning. Each accomodation is provided with equipment and accessories list. In case of loss or breakages guest must refund the damage. Replacements and repairs are reserved to the management.

The total amount due is calculated from the period booked, despite cases of late arrivals or early departure. Our clients are kindly asked to settle their bill within 3 days after arrival. A payment in advance might be requested anytime. Personal current account cheques are not accepted. Credit cards are accepted. The times for payment are 8-12 a.m. and 4.30-7 p.m. Dogs are not allowed.

The pools are opened from 26th Mai until 11th September 2022. Opening times 9-12 a.m. and 3-6 p.m. Minimum 2 paying persons with the accomodation unit or plot. The number of occupants cannot exceed the number of beds stated. In period C e D, in the accomodations “Magic Top Chalet, Evolution House” you can stay at a minimum of 4 people. Silence time: 1 p.m. – 3 p.m. and 11.30 p.m. – 7 a.m..

In order to respect the peace and quiet of the other guests, the use of the radio is forbidden.
Other conditions can be found in the campsite regulation. The camp regulation is distributed on arrival and displayed at the office. The act of entering the camp is therefore a complete acceptance of it.

The management reserves the right to turn away anyone who is considered to be in conflict with the harmony and safety of the campsite.
During season A offices, market, bar and restaurant follow a reduced timetable.

LATE CHECK OUT

Village Camping Joker offers an even more relaxing and comfortable stay, thanks to the late check-out service.

The availability of the two proposed Late Check-Out offers is to be requested at the Reception and is not expected in the period from July 10, 2021 to August 22, 2021.

Late Check Out: with an additional 50% of the price of the housing unit and the people price you will be able to take advantage of the accommodation as well as the services of the Village itself until 6 p.m., subject to request of availability on the day before departure to the Reception. The beach place will be equally guaranteed but only in the accommodations that had already included it in the package.

Even for the pitches, and the Joker Residence RTA, it is possible to delay departure until 6 p.m. and make use of the Village services (excluding the beach place) by paying a fixed supplement, provided that the pitches or flats have not already been booked.

Late Check Out Beach: with a small fee you can have a beach-equipped seat, an outdoor parking on the day of departure and continue to take advantage of all the services of the Village. This offer is understood until 6 p.m., is subject to availability and excludes accommodation.
