Three-bedroom, two-storey, 65-square-metre villino. and for 5 people: at the basement parking covered car. Ground floor made up of living room with large kitchen, refrigerator, crockery and 1 sofa bed. Safe. Garden with table, chairs and independent entrance. On the first floor two-bed room and bathroom. On the second floor large master bedroom with bathroom, shower, balcony and terrace.

REGOLAMENTO

Rates are counted from the time of arrival until 9 a.m. the next day and include beach use, etc. VAT including 10%.

In the case of a reservation, arrival must not take place before 1 p.m. and maximum by 5 p.m.
Those who arrive early cannot enter for any reason except when accommodations are available.

The Village Camping Joker will ask the customer on arrival Euro 100.00 as a security deposit for rent of an apartment Hotel Joker Residence, Villini al Frassini, Apartments Vallenova. This security deposit will be returned to the customer after checking the accommodation at the time of departure.

If any damage, breakage of any kind, ruptures of televisions with related remote controls, breaking air conditioning remotes, non-cleaning of the housing unit or neglignation by the customer are found, the Village Camping Joker will have the right to withhold part or all of the security deposit paid, while remaining the total payment of the damage caused.

Departure must take place by 10a.m., otherwise a further day will be counted. Accommodation at the start must be left clean, otherwise you will be charged 70.00 euros for final cleaning. The equipment and ancillary equipment are listed in the inventory displayed in the accommodation. In the event of a break-up or loss, the customer must repay the cash value. Repairs and replacements are the sole responsibility of management. Lost air conditioning chip 100.00 euros.

The amount for the entire booked period must also be paid in cases of delayed arrivals and early departures. Personal bank account checks are not accepted. We accept the credit cards card. We invite our customers to settle the account of their stay within 3 days of the date of arrival. The management can request prepayment of the entire stay at any time. The payment time is from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m.  Dogs are not allowed.

Housing units are understood to be occupied by a minimum of 2 people. The number of people accommodated must not exceed the beds indicated.
The Management reserves the right to remove those who, in its opinion, disturbed the harmony and safety of life in the structures.
